Man, am I out of shape. I'm doing this 12 Day Radical Self Love workshop online and Day2 was yoga and things I used to do easily are tough. I'm weak and not as flexible as I used to be.
Need to get back on top of this. At least I stopped eating sugar again.
There are always a bunch of video about "I stopped alcohol for 30 days and this happened"... blah blah blah. I don't know what ever happens to them because I don't read the articles but I'll assume it is something good. My response would be "nothing happened". I've stopped drinking for extended periods mostly because it just makes me sick, gives me a headache and makes the next day a waste. If I had not stopped drinking, I'd probably be dead. Once in a awhile, I'll try it again and all that happens is that I remind myself my I don't drink.
Nothing physically positive has happened because I don't drink anymore. I did not lose any weight, I did not get more energy, etc etc.
But, that being said, alcohol is poison and your body knows that. There is no reason to drink - no benefits - nothing.
