Cutting out sugar is a good thing

After moving, I was one a baking kick for awhile. I like to bake and think it would be fun to own a bakery. However, with my family history of diabetes, that's the last thing I should be doing. I think my weight was going up because of that and probably also the 3 meals a day now (not really what I'm looking for).

I've laid off the eating of my cakes and pies and cookies and have not baked anything for awhile so my weight has actually dropped a few pounds which is really great.

I'm started doing a little more yoga with that 12 Days to Radical Self Love class but I need to come up with a plan for weightlifting. Nothing fancy but I need to build legs and core.

  • Deadlift
  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Step-ups
  • Jumps
  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Bent-over row
  • Overhead Press
  • Chest press
  • Curls
  • Triceps Curl
  • Hanging Leg Lift
  • Planks
  • Plank Push-ups
  • Plate Lift
  • External and internal rotations

These should be easy but I need a pull-up bar and I need to find my straps - I also should find a way to bench - don't really have a good solution for that. Also, any squats are not going to involve a squat rack but I can always stack with goblet squats.
