I've not been back to Orange Theory since October and I've not really been doing much of anything but getting in my 10,000 steps every day. I've not been back to Retro either. At least I'm walking. The dog gets me out for walks and we do one that's 2-3 miles most days of the week. Its rare we don't get our 10k steps.
I'm losing weight though, I'm down to 236 lbs so I'm pretty happy about that. I need to lose some more though. Was just at the doctor and blood pressure was good as well.
Not much more to update beyond that. Now that things have calmed down with my son's wedding done and my mother-in-law's house sold, I can get on with doing things for myself.
I plan on cancelling the Orange Theory membership and going back to Retro. Orange Theory just does not resonate with me. I think you have to have something that excites you and motivates you and this just is not it. I've been thinking that some martial art or fighting would good on top of Retro but I'll need to investigate that.
